Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed through the exchange platform. We assist you in raising withdrawal requests and following up when needed. Most withdrawals clear within 30 minutes for verified accounts.

We are not responsible for withdrawal delays caused by the exchange platform, bank processing times, or technical issues outside our control. However, we will follow up on your behalf and keep you updated.

No Guarantee of Winnings

MadrasBook ID does not guarantee any winnings. The outcome of all bets is determined by the exchange platform and the results of real sporting events. We have no influence over betting outcomes.

6. Fees and Charges

Creating a cricket betting ID with MadrasBook ID is free. We do not charge a registration fee.

The exchange platforms we work with may apply their own fees on certain transactions, including commissions on winning bets and withdrawal processing fees. These are set by the exchange platform, not by us. We will inform you of any platform-specific charges before you register.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

Bonuses and promotional offers are provided by the exchange platforms, not by MadrasBook ID. Terms attached to bonuses — including wagering requirements, expiry dates, and eligible markets — are set by each platform individually.

We will communicate available bonuses to you based on information provided to us by exchange platforms. However, we cannot guarantee that any specific bonus will be available at the time of your registration.

Attempting to abuse bonuses — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same welcome offer more than once — is a violation of platform terms and our own terms. We reserve the right to suspend accounts where bonus abuse is detected.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited when using MadrasBook ID services:
